Usage Rights: You may use the commissioned work for personal use, livestreams, or other online content.
- You're NOT ALLOWED resell the artwork, produce it as merchandise, or use in Generative AI or NFTs.
*Commercial usage rights is available (+50% fee).Remix: You can make edits to the art as long as you still credit me for the commissioned work.Credit: Please credit & tag @binvtuber or @binnbinn_vt as the creator of the work and avoid posting unwatermarked versions.Ownership: Please don't claim that the commissioned art is your own work. I retain copyright and ownership to the commissioned work itself, but not, to your original designs or IPs.
*Release Form is available for a fee.- I retain the right to showcase all commissioned works on my portfolios, videos, reels, etc.Turnaround Time: 1-4 weeks, depending on my schedule. Feel free to ask for progress anytime. I'll inform you if there will be any significant delays.

Payment

Payments are 100% upfront. A commission will not be started until the agreed payment is settled.You may opt for 50% upfront (min. order $20), with an additional +3% on your bill.Additional requests and info:
- Additional requests after payment may incur a fee.
- Total price will increase depending on the complexity & add-ons in your request (poses, character design, etc.)
- Drafts will be watermarked until fully paid.PayPal & Ko-fi only.
*DM for PHL payments (GCash, Maya, BPI, CIMB).Refunds & Chargebacks are not allowed. Artwork Commissions are digital goods that can't be “refunded” as many hours are spent in the process.
- You agree that you will not issue a chargeback without first attempting to reach out to me to resolve any issues.
- However, if I say I'm unable to finish the commission, you'll be refunded in full.Rush orders: Deadlines within 7 days incurs a +50% fee, and is allowed only if I am available to take it.
